On the news it said they might bring in a crane to help move it.

The Thames is very clean now, especially compared with years gone by. They regulalry test the water for chemical pollution etc. Also, there are very few water side industries now so pollution is less likely.

I hope the creature gets back to sea safely.

If that whale was mine I would call it George. Smurfy wants to call it Serena after the girl in Neighbours. What would you name it if it was your whale?

Sadly the whale is dead. I don't mean to seem cruel, but it was the top item on both of ITV's evening news bulletins - is there really nothing else happening?

The so-called experts killed it. It couldn't take the stress of being moved. Nature should have allowed to take its course.
