I scored an incredible 149.
I scored 149 but to be honest I guessed most of the ones that involved maths and there wasn't many questions I understood so really mine was all guessing.Suppose that's classed as cheating.
There's always a clever one.
What's the point, I'd be off the scale. I already know my IQ, 151. I wanted to join mensa but they said they had their quota of smart arses.
Yes, this site appears to have its quota as well!
So if bounty said he would be off the scale with an IQ of 151 you must be far far off the scale. I'm not surprised you scored 165 cos I always knew you were clever.
This method for testing a person's IQ is seriously flawed and becoming outdated. I recently attended a conference on types of IQ chaired by a number of specialists and they concluded that there are at least eight different types of intelligence.
Added to that it is not your IQ that counts - but what you do with it.
Yes, in my job we take learning styles very seriously. Delivering the subject using a method that incorporates a variety of learning styles is very important. If someone is a kinesthetic learner (hands on) it's no good trying to teach them using only talk and chalk methods.
Likewise, there are various types of dyslexia. Some people with dyslexia have an auditory disfunction and cannot remember word sounds. Therefore, they learn to read and spell best if you use visual stimuli. For dyslexics with visual perceptual difficulties, you use audio stimuli to help them develop reading and spelling skills.
People can seem unintelligent if they have not learned to tap into their preferred learning style.
That's seriously low. I mean learning difficulty low.
You haven't even done it yet so who says your score will be more than 99.
I have done it and got 146.
I have to say that it is not a proper IQ test as the true or false answers leave too much to an element of chance.
There is no such thing as a proper IQ test. Who decideds? I know plenty of people with so-called high IQs who are complete fools.
The couldn't organise their way out of a paper bag.
