Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know Feuilletine is? I have be trying to search for a definition but can't seem to find one...

It's a sort of rough and crunchy praline - quite strong with almonds. Incidentally Feuille is French for leaf.

Dear,
and look in the bottom page.
The original French biscuit crunch |
Paillet Feuilletine |

is the explanation.
It is made of crepes, pancakes, very thin, dried and crunched.
