Post by: kevvosa on May 04, 2005, 07:13:22 pm

"Cadbury Trebor Bassett has developed a range of
three chocolate bars which offer fewer than 99. The ‘under 99 calories’
format is based on portion control – each bar weighing just 17.5g and
retailing at 25p.
On offer from May 23 is Cadbury Dairy Milk, Mint Chips and Bourneville"

Another reason for women to kid themselves that eating chocolate can be healthy.

I am trying to loose a few pounds and the lack of chocolate is killing me! I think they are a great idea - a sort of snack size bar.

Its all right for you guys - you can have a 'good coverage' and have your beer bellys. Most ladies take more pride in their appearance anyway.

Don't know why phams getting so wound up!?

Well said. Sometimes just a few squares of chocolate is all that is
needed to satisfie the craving and there aren't many small bars about
and buying a standard bar is too tempting!

This could actually work. If I have a full-size bar, I'll eat a full size bar - I try and put half back in the cupboard/desk drawer but to no avail. If there's none left, I can't eat anymore.

And you have eaten a whole bar. You don't feel deprived then.

They are launching a milk and cocoa free version to go with it. Actually it's just an empty purple wrapper.
