Title: honeychocmallow on toast

Brown bread..........cover in nutella and marshmallows, stick under grill til looks like it shouldn't be there anymore , cover in honey and eat with a cup of tea.

Fat, protein, carbohydrate and a bit of roughage thrown in too!

I would imagine conversation is limited after that one. Mmmmff, mmmmfff, hmmmff.
