there was one for a raffle prize at my gym. Seing as the gym owner is a tight arse it must have either been from a duty free or cost-co's.

I've seen one on eBay go for a tenner before, dunno what the postage cost was.
But generally if you want one from a 'proper' shop they're about £40. I shudder to think what the postage would be if you bought one online!
