Title: Spraying Chocolate??

Just wondered if anyone has tried spraying chocolate. I saw a food spray gun at the Takeaway Expo in London in November, not something I'd seen before and I wondered if anyone had used one for spraying chocolate into moulds or spraying onto frozen cakes etc. Looked really good, just always good to get recommendations.

Sounds an interesting idea,  and I know someone who would employ it to spray chocolate on to his favourite person - but personally, I like life's too short to go melting and spraying chocolate about.
