Title: Cadbury’s Snaps
Post by: on April 11, 2005, 12:11:03 pm
I love em!  Can't leave them alone.  The best thing since sliced bread etc...

I haven't tried these yet, but judging by their shape and packaging, plus Bounty's comments, it sounds as if they could be as dangerously addictive as Pringles... better stay away!

They'll be next on my list I think.

I was reluctant to try them because I thought they looked too crispy but once I tried them I thought they were rather good.

The packaging seems a bit wasteful to me though.

I thought they were nice but far too much packaging.

Yes, the packaging is a bit of a pain.

If they did one in white chocolate I'd be more likely to buy them.

I keep seeing them but haven't tried them.  I've thought the same as Smurfboy - they look suspiciously like 'once you pop you can't stop' so I daren't start!

Mmm very good idea. They don't do enough things in white chocolate for my liking.

I'll go along with that too.  I wonder what a white Mars Bar would be like?  Probably a bit too sickly.

I'm sure they must have one planned, they have already done white
Maltesers and Twix so I dont see why not, afterall Mars is their top
selling bar.

Maybe they will do one at Xmas time as limited edition.

Even if it doesn't work, it's publicity for Mars and Masterfoods in general. I say give it a go!

A white Drifter would be nice I read that is takes an hour to make each Drifter bar from start to finish!

You could pad it out a bit and have a glass of milk between each stick

They're the best. Apparently they used to do orange flavoured ones and coffee flavoured? Or was it mint?

Orange and Mint.  Actually I say that, they could have been a coffee one too, but I would have avoided it like the plague so wouldn't have noticed it.

There was definately an Orange one and a Mint one. I don't remember a
coffee one though. They are definately very tasty but very forgotten
about in my case.
