Title: Matt Bianco
Post by: blessedbeth10 on April 08, 2005, 03:20:57 am

Hey all. I work at a record label, and I just wanted to let yall know about a group called Matt Bianco.

They've got a really relaxing and smooth sound. The new album is called Matt's Moods, and the single is Ordinary Day. Here's a sample if you're interested:

The same Matt Bianco who had a 1986 hit with "Yeh yeh"?

I haven't listed, but I presume so as they had a hit called 'Matt's Mood' years ago, so they've obviously decided to resurrect that title. I loved 'Don't blame it on that girl'.

If it's not them then they should have picked a more original name!

Yeah it is the same group, took them almost 20 years to release their 2nd album!!!! Wonder if they are on Hit me Baby one more time.

The Shakin' Stevens revival begins.

I agree! I was hoping Belinda or Dr and the Medics would win.

Actually he doesn't look bad for his age - not like Limahl last week. I think a 'lived-in face' is the polite term...

I thought Shaky performed like Vic Reeves' pub singer, he mumbled most of the words he remembered

Ooh guess who's on tonight, Baccara, Mica Paris, Nick Heyward (goody) Carol Decker and the Pasadenas.

I want Nick Heyward to win.

I can remember Mat Bianco's first song, 'get out of your lazy bed' i think it was called. It was on that kids programme no 73 (well I was only a kid myself then). anyone remember that?

I can't understand how the british public voted for her, she was out of tune. I demand a recount!

I remember no 73; the best thing about it was Sandi Toksvig's character Ethel. She was so eccentric and funny!

I loved No.73 too. Whatever happened to Dawn (the redhead who was really called Andrea?)

Carol Decker was my childhood crush - v. happy she won. The only dilemma now is do I vote for her or Tiff in the final?

My god, how things change. And I thought Neil Buchannan was doing well to still be doing 'Art Attack'!
