I really fancied a Cadbury's Flake today so on the way out of college I called into our little shop and tried to buy one. They didn't have any. So, I went to a little shop down the road. They only had praline ones So I crossed the road and went into a petrol station shop - they didn't have any either!
"I am not supposed to have a Flake" I thought to myself. When I got home my daughter presented me with a Flake bar she had bought on her way home!!!!! "I thought you'd like this" she said as she passed it to me.
Spooky!!
No, certainly not! In fact, I don't eat Flake bars that often, although I do like them. I just fancied one yesterday! To be honest, although I adore chocolate, I don't eat that much of it. I don't eat it everyday and sometimes not even once during the week!
It was quite uncanny therefore.
It was obviously meant to be Oldspice! If you had bought a Flake for yourself, you'd have either a) been too full to eat your daughter's Flake or b) eat that one too and felt guilty about eating two choccie bars!
On a similar note, this morning I arrived at work to find three KitKat Editions on my desk, bought for me by a very kind colleague who knew I'd had trouble finding them! Thank you Hero! (P.S. That's actually her name, not a description - she's Greek.)
I broke my diet yesterday with Aero Bubbles - very nice too!
Now I'm going out to dinner. I can start again tomorrow.
Was that nice goldencup? I have still got those to try.
