Well, it's here at last. We have had a lovely, sunny week here in the Fens and it looks like there's plenty more to come. Hope you all have lovely holidays or home breaks.  :)

I had an amazing weekend camping and snorkelling in beautiful Dorset - long may this weather continue!

I have a tan.. I never get a tan.

I have sun allergies and I have to wear factor 50 sunblock or I turn into a massive red blob of itch, and I'm tanning THROUGH the factor 50... It's nuts!

I generally burst into flame if my skin hits the sun.

(I certainly DON'T sparkle!)

I've got Celtic skin, so the sun isn't too good for me. I wear SPF30 on my body and SPF50 on my face. If I don't, I'll go British Bulldog Red and then back to white!

I've just got back from four days in Derbyshire where it was blistering. I'm now home in Cambridgeshire and the temperature in my sun lounge is 38c with the door to the garden open!

Yes it's an amazing place, more like Cornwall with great visibility for snorkelling  But shhhh, we don't want everyone knowing about it!
