Its British, but is set in the usa, paid for by the BBC
Here the concept: Happily married couple Sean and Beverly Lincoln win yet another BAFTA Award for their successful British sitcom, Lyman’s Boys, they are persuaded to move to Hollywood and remake their series for an American audience. Unfortunately the network starts to make changes, and the couple are forced to cast Matt LeBlanc in the lead role for the sitcom. A complicated triangle ensues.

It's a really good show; well worth watching if you don't mind having to catch up on the first series before starting. Matt Le Blanc plays a very exaggerated version of himself.
