freezing solid in this weather. At least I've got some toblerone and other assorted choc to keep me warm...

February is such a boring month. January has all the excitement of a new year and new possibilities... February just reminds you everything's the same as ever, and it's bloody cold.

I like February better than January because it's so much closer to spring and the days start getting longer. By the end of February the spring flowers are usually making an appearance, but often peeping above the snow!

Don't count your chickens!  On Easter Sunday in 1975 I remember camping in the snow! It was April 4th!

I moved house 22nd March 2008 and it snowed - not much but it was snow.

You not had snow WJP? There has been a few coverings in the Dartford area

apparently we had an hour of snow in weymouth at about 2am one day last week but it didn't settle or anything... it's just been very wet here. but it is warming up now. went out yesterday without a coat and i could really feel easter in the air.

It was beautiful here yesterday. Really spring-like with sunshine and chattering birds. My cats skipped around the garden like little spring lambs! Today there is a strong wind blowing up and the sky is leaden. We're in for some heavy rain and it's a bit chilly. That's February for you!

I went out with just a cardy on today (well, obviously I had other clothes on but didn't wear a coat is what I mean). I admit, it was a thick cardy, but I was still hot.

maybe this is all that fangled global warming they're been harping on about for years.
