Title: Lets Kick-Start This Forum With Important Subject Matter
Post by: wjp666 on July 27, 2011, 06:12:09 pm
just wondering if the decline in members to this forum has anything to do with the lack of gruelling subjects open for debate. so here i find myself starting a discussion that is not only controversial, but both stimulating and important in todays society. so here goes...

what's your favourite cheese?

myself? i've been in an edam mood recently. ;)

Ignoring the (ahem) post above, I still find myself strangely addicted to Wensleydale, especially with cranberries. This used to be just a Christmas treat but now appears all year round which is not necessarily a good thing.

I never eat 'raw cheese' - only cooked. For example - in pizzas or in sauces over cauliflower cheese. Is that strange?

I much prefer cooked cheese too. I also know people who are the other way and won't eat cooked cheese at all, but are fine with a cheeseboard.

For me goat's, Haloumi and Havarti.
