Does anyone on the Forum listen to this - and if so - were you 'rocked to the core'?

I used to listen to it years ago but alas no longer.  My sister (a great fan!) was saying that some interesting things had been happening!  On the odd occasion that I do catch it, I think it's still very well done the way it manages to stay current.

60 years old this week. Haven't you heard all the hype about the 60th anniversary ediution that was supposed to 'rock Ambridge to the core for years to come?'

I didn't think we'd ever mention anything on this site that is older than me!!

Nigel fell off the roof of Lower Loxley Hall and died. Helen had a baby six weeks early. That's all.

you mean there wasn't a tram crash or a dead baby? that's hardly entertainment then, is it?

They should have had a bunch of Aliens and Predators to up the shock value.
