Grenada Chocolate Company (http://www.grenadachocolate.com/)
This raw chocolate bar is made in a small solar-powered factory founded in 1999 in Grenada (of course!) On opening, it smells like the sea! I can imagine an exotic beach holiday, it's that good. Of course, the important bit is the taste. It has strong red fruit notes, but also sea spray and something deeper. I had no idea what this deeper flavour was until I found out the cacao grows on volcanic soil; that's exactly what that other flavour reminded me of. I didn't find it too bitter, either.
All in all, I'd give this bar 8/10. Very recommended.
