A friend has asked me to identify a chocolate bar she remembers from the 70s which was plain chocolate at the bottom, milk chocolate at the top and white chocolate in the middle. It was a thin bar. Definitely not Top Deck. Any ideas please?

Could it have been one of those Frys Sandwich combinations? They did a plain-milk-plain bar and a milk-plain-milk one too. There was also a milk-mint-plain version and I think the mint bit was white or pale green.

Hmmm, thanks I will suggest it but she's utterly convinced the middle layer was white chocolate.

Well the only company that still makes somethinglike that to day is Milka Triolade http://milkachocolate.buyorderonlineshopping.com/?Milka_Triolade_Chocolate (http://milkachocolate.buyorderonlineshopping.com/?Milka_Triolade_Chocolate)

Agreed, I was going to say this as well.
Simply divine though. :)
