Title: Weekend Food

I'm just cooking up a big pot of vegetable curry made from sweet potatoes, peppers, onions and a couple of apples. Right near the end, I'll stir in a pot of bombay potato.

What are you people cooking up for the Bank Holiday?

Going to do that Delia Waitrose duck recipe, hope it turns out ok.
