I need to have gone about a week to make these work, but are nice, especially when spontaneous.

I try to avoid them; pastry is very fatty. I am quite partial to the broccoli and tomato variety from Marks though.


Or am I getting confused with quiche?

you just can't beat a nice cold quiche lorraine, straight from the fridge. mmm. (i could murder a slice right now for breakfast... but, alas, special-k beckons.)
