Simply put, the NHS belly aches about costs but what people do not realize is many NHS phone numbers are "Revenue" earners, which is why everyone is palmed off with a "New" telephone number that should be a FREE phone number seeing as "You" have already contributed to the NHS in the form of taxes and National Insurance contributions and other stealth taxes brought in by previous governments (my dig at the tories, grrr).

So if you care about being ripped off... Please sign.
