Title: HAPPY BURN'S NIGHT!
Post by: oldspice on January 25, 2009, 04:41:27 pm
It is the 250th anniversary of Robert Burn's birth today.

Happy Burn's Night to our Scottish friends, especially Paulham and 623.  Have a wonderful night if you are celebrating.

Mmmm Haggis. Bit of an aquired one that, tried it once with an open mind, 12 pints and no dinner.

About an hour later I saw my 12 pints & the haggis again. It just didn't sit right.

I've just returned from Edinburgh. I seen the vegetarian haggis but I didn't taste it. Is Burns night an excuse for old men to wear kilts.
