I'm sure there will be approximately 60,000 people out there whose new year will not be so happy.  2009 will definitely be the year from hell.

it's traditional i attempt to diet again. this usually starts when the christmas food runs out (end of january), and ends in time for pancake day. (can't have pancakes without sugar!)

Thank you 623 ... I  am never far away ... Have had a difficult year so maybe didn't post much ... hoping for an interesting 2009!
