Following overwhelming consumer demand, the UK's leading frozen food company, Birds Eye, is excited to announce that Arctic Roll will be back from January 2009.
Birds Eye aims to introduce a whole new generation to the popular retro dessert, which will be available in Raspberry Ripple and Triple Chocolate flavours, backed by a huge £3m multi-media campaign.
Birds Eye has updated the family favourite for the 21st Century, 45 years after it first went on sale, with high quality ingredients and no artificial colours or flavourings.
The new packaging has great on shelf stand out and is expected to encourage consumers to trial the product, which is the ideal fun finishing touch to any family meal.

I remember when Artic Roll was considered a rather exotic and luxuriant dessert!!!

A slice in the microwave for 10 seconds. The sponge goes slightly warm and extra vanillay ( I must stop making up words!) and the ice cream just begins to melt at the edges.(http://www.bbc.co.uk/606/2/refresh/images/smileys/f_tongueout.gif)(http://www.bbc.co.uk/606/2/refresh/images/smileys/f_magic.gif)
