I have found a huge piece of yellow plastic in my M&S rich tea finger. Let's see how many vouchers they give me.

That's outrageous Lou.  I think you'll get £10 or £20 vouchers but you deserve at least what Oldsplice suggests.

I bit into it, could have broke my tooth. I have sent half the plastic and the biscuits back to M&S but retaining half as evidence. The problem pham is my dog hasn't got very good eyesight and would have choked on it had it been the one I gave him.

You should have let your local Environmental health dept know. They would investigate and stop anyone else sufferring the same problem and the manufacturer would probably have apologised more profusely to let the investigating EHO know that they take complaints seriously.

 I hope so. Someone at work suggested it may have been a bit of the plastic that the biscuits sit on when they have just been made.
