The new arrival, Häagen-Dazs Caramel Biscuit & Cream will spearhead the Häagen-Dazs winter range.
Häagen-Dazs Caramel Biscuit & Cream will make its retail debut in the latter part of September and will be available for just six months.
A delicious combination of Häagen-Dazs creamy caramel ice cream and crisp pieces of caramelized Belgian Speculoos biscuits makes Caramel Biscuit & Cream another luxurious creation from Häagen-Dazs.

Mmmmm, Speculoos!

They had this in Asda; it looks really nice, but I had a craving for the Strawberry Cheesecake variety so I bought that instead.

You have to go to Italy to get proper ice cream.
-
That's rubbish. I inspect ice cream manufacturers and some make it according to traditional recipes and manufacturing methods.
You shouldn't get hung up on "authenticity".
-
It's not ice cream you want in the winter, it's treacle tart and custard.
-
Or a nice bit of spotted dick. That's what I had last night. And no, my husband has not got chicken pox!
-
Oldspice, Oldspice, you have got to stop taking my lines before I even post them. >:(
-
Mind you, I noted the way you said nice! ;)

OK, so tell me where I can get ice cream in the UK that tastes like what I had in Rome? What you fail to understand is that ingredients and methods don't always add up to the real deal. You have to take into consideration environmental factors and the love and care put into the process.

See my post earlier. Those manufacturers I talk about are generally one or two person operators who do put a great deal of love and care into their product's manufacture.
-
along with the odd bit of plastic or hairgrip.....
-
No. That'll be the large manufacturers with automated processes, generally.
-
I would buy a love and care cake, would you?
-
Yes. By the way, did you know the 99 was invented in Sunderland?

Just because you like Italian ice cream it doesn't mean ice cream from anywhere else isn't 'real' ice cream.

Why doesn't that surprise me?
