The Dream and Dairy Milk mousse bars sound yum

I have a Caramilk from Cyber Candy that I'm still waiting to try.

By Caramilk do you mean the one similar to Caramac?

No, Caramilk is nothing like Caramac - more like Caramello (runny caramel in milk choc.)

Ahh it's just that there used to be a bar called Caramilk on CyberCandy
that they described as a cross between white chocolate and Caramac.
They told me though that it is no longer produced.

Wouldn't it be fab if Cadburys brought out a chocolate bar that is Caramac-like but of cadbury-type quality? Nestle products are just too sweet and Caramac bars have become sickly versions of their former MACKINTOSHES self.

I agree with you on most choc Oldspice, but I have to say that I find Cadbury choc to be way, way over-rated. Have tou TRIED Bournville?

I know you don't like Nestle due to their policies and I would agree that they have spoiled some of the older bars, but in the main I like more of their products than Cadbury's, Drifters for example.

I wouldn't have faith in Cadbury to produce anything special or original nowadays.

*steps off the soapbox*

I still like caramac's I think most of the changes are due to our age. When we first had these foods our tastebuds were childlike, now they are ruined by curry beer and fags.

lucky me indeed

salsa - milky bar krackle was a let down  i expected it to be carckly, but it was really just milky bar with rice crispies in.

the dairy milk and dream mousse bars were really nice, which is weird as i dont usually like dream. the bournville one wasnt too good though, which is also weird as i usually like bournville....lol.

'caramilk' really is the cadbury's form of caramac. it tastes about the same to me, just not as sickly as caramac.

nestle classic mint was a nestle form of cadburys mint chips bars, but personally i like the minty yorkies much better (not that ive had them of course coz im a girl ) heehee.

and astros were as nice as ever!

yey!!!

I agree though I think Caramac is actually a nice bar.

I don't think it's just that our tastes change - Caramac definitely used to be much nicer than it is now.  And I like the sound of a Milky Bar with Rice Krispies in - that's like the Lindt ones that I can occasionally get from my local cheap shop.
