The local authority in Barnsley has declared a state of emergency after supplies of Sunny Delight failed to be delivered to local stores after flooding in parts of East Yorkshire blocked supply routes.

Edith Higginbottom - a council spokesman said, 'We urge locals to stay calm and we hope to get a delivery in soon.'
