I love Charlie Brooker (always nice to have someone around who seems constantly angry at the world ;) )

Sorry it's a long read but it's worth it. In a nutshell Germany want to ban kinder surprise eggs coz they think kids will choke on the toy!!!, Charlie proposes to stop this nonsense once and for all.
Unkinder egg anyone?

It might be true, however.....
German politicians are reportedly planning to ban Kinder Surprise eggs on the grounds that they're a safety hazard.
That for me is the key word here.

ur right paulham, I should have written 'some people in Germany would like to ban kinder eggs' :)
Doesn't stop Charlie being funny though ;)

Sorry chocadmin. I just get on my high horse when I see lazy journalism.
It is so bad that the HSE needs to defend itself.

Surely the point of Kinder Eggs is that they have a toy inside? If you're dumb enough to eat one whole you deserve to choke.

Now, now. You haven't "thought of the children"

You have the 'Spethal people' who need protecting from themselves.
