It's not working - I've tried it on my home and work PCs so I know it's not me  :(

23 votes in the last 30days logged, although with things split between two databases now it could still error. I'll ask Mrs Chocadmin to have a look as I can only update my votes not create a new one.
Was it on a specific product?

It was all products. There must be an error as the last vote has been the same for weeks.

Thank you so much Smurfy, I think it's fixed now. I'll cross check that both databases have the same data in them in case one was being written to and the other not.

Seems to be working - someone had managed to vote on Bueno White. (Which I've just realised I haven't tried yet.)
