Post by: chocadmin on May 21, 2008, 05:23:45 pm: Yeah, seems intermittently slow. Then sorts itself out..weird. The old forum had definite causes for slowness (old tech, old code and slow database). This one should always be quicker as it's on a faster server, with newer code and a faster database.
I'll see what I can find out, or query my hosting providers. It may be adversely affected by the old code that still handles the chocolate data and votes - although I wouldn't expect that to happen that often.
