Title: Emmerdale

Although very sensitive, I'm not a particularly emotional person, but I ws moved to tears by the storyline in Emmerdale last night.  The acting was outstanding. I  don't normally appreciate drama in Soaps but this was the most touching performance I've seen in virtually any programme.  All involved should get an award.

I was going to start this very same thread. It was an excellent episode and as you say Bounty, the acting was superb (especially Charlotte Bellamy). Cot death is a difficult subject but it was covered very sensitively. If last night's show doesn't get Best Episode at the soap awards I'll be shocked and disappointed.

I'm glad to know I wasn't the only big bloke blubbing all through it
