Title: Top Fine fresh chocolates
Post by: candy_cane on January 23, 2008, 10:37:35 am
I thought it could be useful to comply a list of handmade chocolate companies.

Right. the rules are:

It cant be a brand you can buy at the supermarket (cause then it wouldnt be fresh would it?)

It has to be handmade with fresh ingredients.

I think the key word here is Fresh!

So..  who would like to start? (I will have a hunt around first! hehe)

thanks

I've bought from Hotel Chocolat - expensive, but worth it for a treat.

Good old holiday!

Went to South America for holiday and tried the most amazing chocolate... ho my god was it good! Had an amazing 70% cocao Gran Cru (or something like that!) that was devine for those who like bitter chocolate!!

So adding that to my list....  shame I cant pronounce it or write it!
