I remember these totally scrumptious biscuits that were about the size of a jaffa cake and had a lovely cool minty cream top and covered in chcolate. I think they were made by Burton's. Can anyone remember what they were called and can you still get them?
-
Viscount?
-
I'd Vather have a Viscount

-
That's Em!
-
You can still get them from ASDA
-
I scraped the mint off with my top teeth and was left with the ordinary biscuit.
-
bite and suck the biscuit - there comes the sucking thing again.
-
They do orange ones too.
-
Mint Viscounts were nice, I remember always having them in my school lunch box. Weren't they like Yo-Yos?
-
I think Viscounts are very much still around.

I don't know. I don't really go down that chocolate aisle very much, I seem to stick to the standard sized bars. But they were great! Used to bite the toffee bit off the top first!

That is a great slogan! I'd approach Burton's with that one. Said with a funny accent it's got more mileage than a Morris Minor.
-
yeah, i think its good too.
-
I used to love United biscuit bars. They had a crunchy honeycomb bit inside them.
-
United Bars were the best evah!
-
I like fruit clubs.

I would love to take the credit for it, but it's from a Viscount advert from the nineties when a beautiful woman rejects a Prince's marriage proposal because she wants a Viscount instead - of course he doesn't know it's a biscuit!
-
I like wooden clubs, to beat people on the ehad with :D
-
