Title: Flake Moments
Post by: oldspice on September 30, 2004, 07:22:47 pm

It's gone very quiet on this front. Has anyone else tried them? I feel they are too pricey for what's on offer. If there was more variety of flavour and texture they might be worth £4.

What about Luxury Roses? They are very pricey for what is basically unwrapped Cadburys Roses chocolates shoved in a box.

I had a box of Flake Moments a couple of weeks ago for a present and quite enjoyed them but I didn't know how much they were!  I would think there's only about the equivalent of two flakes in the box.

The luxury Roses were very nice in my opinion. I admit they were not worth the £4.99 paid but if you put that bit aside, they are indeed very nice chocolates.

Who wants to bet Flake Moments won't be around in time for next Christmas (2005)?

Not me!

I don't like Flakes.

I am a Ripple fan-straight from the freezer. Ah! Crisp!

I found flake moments and was very disappointed to see there are only 6 different types in the box.

And they are not really that different either are they? No flavours as such. I liked the dark chocolate one though and I hope they will release a dark chocolate Flake soon.

I wouldn't buy them for a present. I can't see many people being that impressed with them.

I'd rather have flake moments as a gift than choc brazils.

Not sure if they are called 'moments' but they are in a box like the Flake moments and are little chunks of Turkish Delight. I see them im Woolworths.

I love turkish delight but whenever i get the choc covered kind it always tastes cheap and nasty.
