It's the holidays and I can't get near the pc - I think I'll have to invest in a laptop.

We were watching TOTP2 last night and laughing hysterically at the music and the dress sense of disco-loving groups of the 70s. Thankfully I was never a disco music fan. My son (21) nearly wet himself.

 

We're off to Southport for a few days today. Hopefully we will miss all the bad weather. Anyway, it's nice to get away and see something different. Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone.

I watched TOTP2 (the disco special) last night too - it was hilarious.  The songs all sounded exactly the same.  The drummer in tiny yellow shorts (I've forgotten which band it was) was one of the highlights.

same here   i got sick of being last i queue and not being able to even check emails till nearly midnight !!! so i bought a lap top, when i took it home my daughter said "why have we got a new laptop?" my reply was "we" havent "I" have

Just back from Southport. It's a very interesting old seaside resort. We popped into Liverpool too but it was full of cranes and rubble - they are trying to turn themselves into a city of culture by next year.
