Can anyone familiar with the manon blanc chocolate by Leonidas advise me on how to make the coffee buttercream centre. I have searched the web but can only find the receipe for the buttercream icing (American). Leonidas do two similar chocolates, one with a nut and one without, dipped in white chocolate. Thanks
