I wanted to make a cake in a Mary Berry book and it mentioned cooking parchment and I thought, 'oh what's that, does she mean greseproof paper?'  Thanks for all the helpful answers.  I have now been to Sainsbury's and bought some cooking parchment.  It's right next to greaseproof paper on the same shelf.

A coffee and walnut cake.  I'm using Camp coffee, and it's an old fashioned recipe.
