Title: Cadbury Irresistables
Post by: kevvosa on February 04, 2005, 08:17:51 pm
Anyone tried any? Sort of fingers of chocolate sponge with a layer of
caramel or fudge or whatever on top covered in Dairy Milk. I enjoyed
the one with caramel and nuts in it but the caramel one on it's own is
rather sickly.

There was a special offer with Cadbury Mini Rolls and the mini rolls taste very plain.

Fairly resistable then by the sounds of it.  Can we get them under the Trades Descriptions Act?

Ooh havent tried any but they sound nice. Though I preferred the old Kipling packaging design.

The caramel ones were indeed very sickly lou. I think the nutty ones balancethe caramel out somewhat though.

Don't you just get so fed up with endless variations on the same theme? Why don't these companies come up with something ORIGINAL!! Anyone remember Kunzel cakes?????

Original products are dangerous if they backfire. They just take the tried and tested formula.

But we should all just encourage them with what we do like. Maybe we should all be put on a tasting committee or something.

Very special Sunday Tea treats (Easter). Chocolate cups, a little spongecake in the bottom, a thick layer of chocolate butter cream and piped chocolate with a chocolate shape on top.
