Title: Poem
Post by: on February 04, 2005, 04:30:37 pm

Just looking out of the window inspires this.

Angry sky with leaden belly, be still, don't make me blue.

The night draws in, soon enough, without this fiendish hue.

I want to see your bright blue smile, just like the other day.

At least just yield to the setting sun, don't end the day this way.

I go with Lou there, it's not always. Some poems you can't understand whereas others a beautiful and others tell a story.

So which category does Bounty's come into?  (I would like to add here that whatever the answer it's still better than anything I've written!)

It's not one of my best, but it reflected my thoughts at the time.

Well, perhaps I was grumpy the day I wrote my original remark. I'm a bit stressed at the moment.
