Title: Katherine's (sp?) Chocolate

There's a chocloate that my boyfriend's mother loves and it was called Katherine's (or maybe Catherine's - I don't know the details) but the distributor closed down and now we can't find where to get the chocolate. I think they made really good truffles, or at least that's what she loved. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and maybe where to find them?

No, I'm in the US, but my understanding was that they were international so I was hoping someone may have heard of it...

I've never heard of them but then, I'm not an international type person. Have you tried to Google them?
