Christine - they are a limited edition here in the US (where I live). There are still a lot leftover in stores but I don't think they make them anymore

Inside out kit kats are yum. On the inside the wafer and the cream is chocolate coloured and flavoured and the outside is white chocolate. It really does look like and inside out kit kat! And it tastes yum! Like a normal kit kat but just a bit different.
