A source has confirmed Prince Willia and Kate Middleton have split, the official reason being the 'pressures' of his army career. Personally I reckon all the press stuff has got to her - you can't blame her for not relishing the thought of being the new Diana.

I still feel sorry for her now though, because I bet she'll be 'the one that let him get away', as far as the media is concerned, for absolutely ages.

She will also have to be a virgin of course. I am sure that's why Charles ended up with Diana. She was almost the last virgin left in Britain. It was either her or Anne Widdecombe.

I think the idea is that a virgin has no past; there's no chance of an ex going to the News of the World and 'Princess Pervy - Will's Girl Tied Me Up And Fed Me Cod and Chips' being plastered across the front page.
