come on, guys, things can't be that bad?
-
Can't speak for 623, but mine was a hum dinger!

Ended in style, when I went shopping. Returned to my car... only to find my car key had snapped in half! No idea how it happened... never found the other half!
Hadn't been much better before that either! Still it's another day now!
-
When I was a small kid, we used to sing a song:
It's a lovely day tomorrow,
Tomorrow is a lovely day
Come and feast your dear blue eyes on tomorrow's clear blue skies
If today your heart is weary,
If everything looks sad and grey,
Just forget your troubles and learn to say
tomorrow is a lovely day!
-
Oh for days of yore!
-

-
Count your blessings 623.
-
If I told half the stuff I know and whats happening you would be counting your blessing,
AH i wish I could change things
-
Look, last week, not far from where I live, a man returned home from work and found his wife swinging from the banisters. He went up stairs to find she had murdered their two children. That is why I am counting my blessings.
-
I counted my blessings too when I heard of the little 8 year old boy who survived the car crash that killed both his parents and his two younger brothers.
-
I counted mine when I spoke to an old schoolfriend of mine during the week. She has had M.E. for many years but is now in a wheelchair and can't even watch TV as she can't cope with sound and vision at the same time. In her early twenties she was the youngest bank manager Barclays had ever appointed and a real high flyer. She's only 47 now.
-
AH i wish I could change things
but if you can't, why stress over them 623..*i'm not being funny..i'm just wondering*
and like the examples that Oldspice and Loulou have given, maybe these are enough to count our blessings..
i do believe there is always someone somewhere worse off than me..
-
I counted my blessings today. I have 32.
-
its not you birthday is it
