I like that the new forum says "today's birthdays" at the bottom (Happy Birthday Chocoboo!) does it get that info from our profiles or somewhere else?

I think I like it except for the Chat - but I suppose we can move the chat box around. I would think he gets the birthdays from the calendar Cherry!

Good point about the forum i'd completely forgotten about including it in the default page of the forum (shouldn't be a problem).
People not being listed as being online is probably a setting I've overlooked when skipping the login process for the forum - I should be able to replicate the setting so it always shows who's logged in.

I think this is so that posting quick replies is much faster (and easier on the server), but I agree it is a bit of a pain then if you're someone who posts a lot of images coz there's one extra click every time you post a reply.

OK chat should now be on the main forum page as well as the home page (assuming you're logged in for the home page one).
Also I've updated the group ladder scale (this is the automatic progression of stars). 2stars is 100 posts, 3stars (and increased access to the forum - e.g. editing posts, accessing the calendar) is 500 posts, 4stars is 1000 posts and 5 stars is still 5000 posts.

I clicked 'insert picture' and got the popup OK. I then tried to add a picture (from a file) but got this message:| Error |

Don't know why some are getting the no permissions thing - coz it's not supposed to give you the option to upload in the first place if you don't have permissions
