Title: I’m moving!

  Yay, I'm finally moving out of my horrible flat in Leeds. I'm moving to a flat in Newcastle that is much nicer and respectable. There's a service charge but it's worth it because the stairways and lift are nice and clean. Where I live in Leeds the lift always smells horrible (often of urine) and you get very strange people there.

yay! well done. moving can always be hard to do - ive been trying to get a move from where i am for the last 4 years!

 It is a very hard thing to do. Ive been on a waiting list for ages and only got this place cos I know someone who knows someone at the council. I only got my place in Leeds cos my flatmate was in a homeless hostel at the time! If you can afford it private renting is much faster.

Oh I am so pleased for you Kevvosa. I am sure you will be very happy in your new home. Do you know Newcastle or is this a whole new adventure for you?

When you move does that mean there will be one less strange person living there or do you think they will get a new strange person to replace you?

I know it fairly well, I have a lot of friends there so it makes sense to move as I don't know that many people around Leeds, plus these flats are just awful.

And yes I'm sure they will get someone strange to replace me. I consider myself normal when I compare myself to those who live around here

I have to give my landlord a months notice before I move so hopefully within the next month.

Yay. Are you already packing? It can be stressful moving but very exciting if you are wanting to get away.

I've already started packing yes. There's a lot to sort out but I'll be glad to get away from this dump.

Leeds is an awful place if you don't live in Roundhay!

I worked at the L.G.I. for a while in A&E and some of the sights I saw were unbelievable. Let's just say it put me off ever wanting to live in Leeds.

I hope the packing isn't too much of a pain and the move goes smoothly.
