The couple could marry at St Paul's because Jasper Carrott (r) has an OBE

Did you know the receptionist from The Office's dad is Jasper Carrott.

Lucy Davis didn't get one, her dad did.

St.Paul's is normally reserved for Royal weddings, but as Jasper has the OBE his daughter was given special dispensation. She's done well considering what a tough life she had - she nearly died of kidney failure when she was younger.

I would have thought being that clown's daughter could be a huge disadvantage. They might think her acting is as good as his jokes....
