Dear all,
does anybody know where I can get some nougats..either chewy/cappucino/almonds etc varieties. I am in London-are there any shops that sells them here.
Thanks
Hi Nougat, welcome to the forum Taken from Waitrose website:
Waitrose sell two types of nougat: Serio Torrone del Maestro Pasticciere Almond Nougat which is made in the tiny Italian village of San Mario dei Cavoti in the Apennine mountains, it is available in a 100g block. Alternatively choose Sally Williams fine honey nougat which is available as individual sweets in a 200g pack.
Thanks for the welcome and response Cherry Ripe. I shall go to Waitrose on the weekend.
The ones I were after comes in different varieties, eg cappucino, green tea, almond etc and either comes in crunchy or chewy varieties.

Health food shop.
Think some might be low fat but dont think its healthy unfortunately, I used to work there i think they like to call themshelves a specialist snack retailer ohh la la.
I wouldn't buy stuff like that from somewhere like Holland and Barrett - I use it for stuff you can't get at the supermarket, or for offers.
