Title: early fireworks

Someone was letting them off at 05:08 this morning.  A bloke at work says it drug dealers sending secret signals to their customers that a consignment is in.  Is this tosh or is there something in it?

I hear fireworks at all times of the year here.  Apparently it's because some of the dealers have their phones and emails screened by the authorities.

I hear fireworks all year round here. They let them off for birthdays, weddings, any excuse they can think off....oh yes and to let me know my drugs are ready.

Yes, but Bounty, if YOU and all your friends know the fireworks are a signal to pick up drugs, why don't the police know?
