Boston in Lincolnshire is officially England's fattest town. Saffron Walden in Essex is the slimmest. South Yorkshire has the fattest men, and my very own West Midlands the fattest women.

Last year the fattest town was Bradford (I think). I remember the article said something like "People in Bradford will be spluttering into their fried breakfasts as they read the news this morning".

sorry But scotland fattest town blows Boston of the map!

I'm not surprized that ESSEX got thinest!

I have had more than a passing acquaintance with Boston (my in-laws lived there for 15 years) and I am not at all surprised it's found to be the fattest town in England.  I've never seen so many wobbling bottoms and bellies, usually accompanied with empty brains.

It's has many charming qualities but its population is not one of them.

I remember once I was walking home and some stupid chavvy girl was in front of me. She started shaking her bum from side to side and kept looking back. It was ridiculous.
