Has anyone tried this breakfast cereal by Mapletons? I got them from Holland and Barratt and they are scrummy

I'll have to check the box later, but it's flakes and it contains wheat, and then i think it's dried fruit and nuts. Difficult to explain, because you don't see the fruit and nuts, but i think that's what the flake bits are made out of. It's dead crunchy, but goes soggy quite fast, so it's nice with natural youghurt

Actually - it's not really flakes - it's more chunks of yumminess

Sounds nice  Have you ever tried grape-nuts? I always see it in the cereal section and have always been curious about it.

Oh no - I LOVE grapenuts. I often buy these too. I also like buying the more obscure foods like this in case they get discontinued!

I bought grapenuts once and ended up feeding them to the birds they were awful
